a. my best piece of creative work
This original image simply portrays a man standing on a city street-corner sheltering himself from the rain with a red umbrella. Personally, I believe this is my best piece of creative work because it is spontaneous, (it was not staged) and acts as a visual metaphor. I do not know the man in the photograph.
The spontaneity of light in this photograph, as the taxi's headlights shone through and illuminated the red umbrella, I find beautiful. I really like the contrast between the man, as he stands motionless, despite the moving cars and busy city around him.
b. an image of a great piece of architecture

I really like the design concept, focusing on (instead of re-building the modern office workplace, re-designing it for the future and to suit future needs of 'the office'. The design and concept both convey a modern, engaging and exciting envision of the future of the everyday workplace. Aesthetically and conceptually, it combines both the old and the new, the classical and the contemporary, to form an evolution of the J Edgar Hoover FBI building.
c. an original photograph of something beautiful
I took this photograph while travelling on a bike tour through Cambodia. We stopped on the side of the road, at a tiny shack (which was home to these two little children and their parents), backing onto a rice field. The little boy in his father's arms began to cry as we approached him as he was frightened by our unfamiliar colouring.
